Let's find problems together.
And solve them.

I help businesses identify manual processes, structure them and solve them permanently — with pragmatic consulting, automation and software.

If so — welcome. You're in good company.

📊

The spreadsheet

It's been around since 2011. Nobody quite knows how it works anymore. But everyone uses it every day — and hopes nothing breaks.

📧

The email loop

Data gets exported from system A, emailed to someone, and manually typed into system B. Every day. By an actual person.

📄

PDFs slow down workflows

Whether generating documents or processing PDF attachments: as soon as PDFs trigger manual work between email, file storage and business systems, follow-up questions, delays and errors follow.

🔗

The three systems

ERP, CRM, something homegrown. They all have the data. None of them talk to each other. Only the spreadsheet knows the truth.

🔓

The password chaos

"IT@company123" — since 2019, shared by everyone. Whoever can do everything can also break everything. And when something goes wrong, nobody knows when, who, or what.

📁

The version jungle

Proposal_final_v2_ACTUALLY_FINAL.xlsx. Three colleagues, three different files. Only the last person to save it knows which one is current.

These processes cost time, energy, and money every single day. Not because your team isn't doing a good job — but because the right tools are missing. That's where I come in.

Three steps. No project graveyard.

Understand

I dive into your process. Not your technology. What actually happens? Where does friction occur? What takes how long? At the end, we both know where the real problem lies.

Structure

Before a single line of code is written, we have a clear plan. What gets built? Why? In what order? No overengineering. No solutions to problems you don't have.

Solve

Now we build — with modern software and AI as a tool. Fast, tailored, maintainable. With an architect who makes sure it still works two years from now.

About

Michael Kreutz — crozzIT

Michael Kreutz

Mathematician, Economist, Software Architect.

I solve problems. That was true during my mathematics degree — and hasn't changed in over ten years as a freelance software architect at companies like Zalando, Klarna, and Daimler.

What has changed: the tools. AI now makes it possible to build solutions in a fraction of the time that used to take months. That brings enterprise-grade quality within reach for companies who don't have an enterprise budget.

My background is unusual for a developer: mathematics and economics — both at master's level, both at top universities. That gives me a perspective that pure engineers rarely have: I understand business processes not just as workflows, but as systems that can be truly thought through.

I'm based in Berlin. I work remotely — and happy to meet in person for kick-off conversations.
